- Go on walks.
- Light a candle and get your favorite throw and snuggle on the couch.
- Take Sunday naps after church. (My personal fav)
- Take a bubble bath.
- Get your nails done.
- Bake something.
- Do something you have always wanted to do.
- Take care of your skin and drink more water.
- Keep a journal.
- Use a planner for your bills. (This helps me to keep all things caught up)
- Jam to some of your favorite contemporary christian music in the car.
- Pray everyday.
- Have a thankful heart.
- Host a bible study at your house once a week.
- Read some chapters in your bible.
- RELAX AND TAKE A DEEP BREATH. YOU ARE LOVED, WORTHY, AND STRESS FREE!!
These are a few of the things I love to do when I feel like I am getting overwhelmed. Sometimes when the bills, work stress, and all of the other things that try to trip you up come along. These are so helpful. No matter how busy you are, remember to always take the time for yourself and your family. Keeping your mind refreshed and feeling relaxed makes life’s struggles not so bad.
